Sight editor DAVID ADAMS explains why…
We would normally run a column in this space but instead are today instead taking the opoortunity to highlight our need for your support.
Sight was founded under a ‘pay what you can’ model, meaning our readers won’t encounter paywalls but we do ask them to seriously and prayerfully consider donating a small amount to keep Sight running each month.
To date a small number of our readers have generously supported our work. but rising costs mean we need more of you, our readers, to do so just to keep operating as we are.
Our lack of funds sadly mean we’ve already had to scale back our coverage.
We want you – our readers – to come on this journey with us as we not only get on a sustainable financial footing for what we’re already doing, but actually expand our coverage. So we’re asking those of you who don’t support Sight financially, to give even if it’s just $1 a month.
It’s not hard to do so – you’ll see a donate button below. Simply click on the button, choose your amount (don’t forget to click on ‘monthly’) and use either a creditcard or Paypal account to contribute (or you can visit our Subscribers page for other options).
Don’t forget that if you do give $A10 or more a month, we’ll shoot you out a copy of Paul’s Clark’s book, Living Life At The Top: 100 Reflections on Abundant Life, and you’ll be enrolled in our Sight+ program.
Please do consider giving a monthly amount. We greatly need and value any support you can give as we try to make Sight financially sustainable for the future.
If you have any questions about how to give or would like to do so another way, please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected].
