My daughter is learning to drive!
It’s brought up a whole lot of feelings I didn’t expect!

My little girl driving a car- taking her life in her hands!? This is scary stuff – necessary, but scary!
Unfortunately young people do die on our roads. I’ve done a couple of funerals. It’s a tragedy. I know this, but I still have to let her drive. If I don’t she will never become who she was born to be. But it is very hard as a father and parent.
Is this why God asked us to call Him Father? So we would understand that he feels the same way over us? Great, nervous love about letting us go free, despite all the harm we might do to ourselves?
It helps me as a Father to know I have a Heavenly Father feeling the same way.
