After watching politics for over 20 years, to borrow a line from The Castle: “Might I say, Mr Kerrigan, how disenchanted I am with the whole political system.”

Talking to 80-year-olds, the system has never been so strained.
Modern media, a critical education system and individualism have all had a part to play in its demise, but it’s the career politicians themselves, who grasp at power above everything else, that has led to this situation.
Indeed it’s questionable whether an honest, ethical, honourable person could survive our current system for too long.
But at the end of the day, when it comes to politics, there’s no vibe, there’s no one with principles, there’s no humour, there’s no, um…No, it’s the vibe. There’s no vibe.
I rest my case your honour.
