I tell you what, after many years in various organisations – especially the church, I’ve realised there are two types of people.

There are those who dream, talk, complain about doing something. And there are those who just do it.
Many people can see the answer (or think they can), and tell you how it should be done, others just get in and do it.
I’m not sure why, I think many people just don’t know how to ‘do it’. Or they are afraid to fail, or they want someone else to lead.
Just do it. If there’s a problem that needs a solution, be the solution. Maybe you need to tell the boss, or ask permission, but don’t just talk and complain, do something.
