It’s strange – when I go to clean the toilet these days it feels like it’s going to be an all day affair.

I get all the stuff I need. A few hour long podcasts to listen to, then I go for it, only to find, I’m finished in no time at all (and yes, I do get my hand right down into the bowl, something my wife taught me!).
I’ve come to realise, I think cleaning the toilet is going to take all day, because when I was a kid, it did!
I would procrastinate, whine and whinge, do anything else I could first, and then, when I just had to do it, I would drag my feet, go slow, be distracted.
If I knew it would only take 15 minutes, I’d jump to it more often.
Just hope my wife isn’t reading.
