How are you? It seems with pandemics, global climate, political divisions, and social media we are living in the era of anxiety.

By most measures we are living at perhaps the best time in history. Yet the uncertainty that is amplified through global media sure does pull the rug from under us.
What on Earth do we need to counter anxiety? We need community. Real tangible, touchable community to ground us and surround us.
We need transcendent messages; truths that are not transitory but eternal that can give us hope and a firm foundation.
And we need a Transcendent One. We need One who is looking down from high above. High above all the noise and mess. Who we can talk to, and who can reassure us.
St Peter said: “Cast your anxiety on Christ; He cares for you”.
