I’m a huge believer in equality between the sexes and certainly believe we haven’t arrived there yet.
I’m not sure why, when it comes to this issue, we fall for such novice mistakes in our attempts to achieve a solution.

We know, we know that cooperation is much more effective than competition when it comes to building collaboration. It’s much easier to bring someone along from beside them than across the table.
Why do we set things up as male verses females? Why do we define people in tribes?
For all of human history males and females have paired and taken on the world together. We are at our most life bringing together not apart
Let’s not divide and conquer but bind and build.
