Egyptian history tells of a foreign born slave, given the name Zaphenath-Paneah.

Even though he was a foreign slave, his wisdom and actions saved the entire nation of Egypt. So he was made second-in-command of all Egypt.
His extended family were given special land and honour in Egyptian society, and a great bond developed.
Four hundred years later Egyptian society had forgotten all about Zaphenath and his heroic actions. His people were racially vilified and nearly systematically executed by the Egyptians. Four hundred years – it’s not that long! How did they forget?
We’ve only been in Australian for 200 years and already we’ve forgotten who and what got us to this place as a society.
