Vulnerability is the ability to admit, to ourselves and others, areas in our life where we don’t feel confident, where we lack strength. Being vulnerable is to open yourself up to criticism and the possibility of being hurt.

Many people see vulnerability as weakness and therefore never go there. They never open themselves up to others, and they never admit to weakness.
The bizarre thing is, vulnerability is strength! Studies show those who think they are invulnerable to deceptive advertising were more likely to be deceived by it.
People who were willing to admit a vulnerability were better prepared to see the risk and resist it! Over-confidence produces blindness.
This flows into all areas of life! It’s only when we admit our vulnerability, that we gain the strength to overcome it!
Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable.
