IN TUNE WITH GOD

Strumming my guitar helps me think about God.

I reckon we are all like guitars. We were made to be in tune with God. When we are in tune we sound good, we can produce beautiful music.

But when we are out of tune, the results are horrible and discordant.

Unfortunately, guitars tend to go out of tune. They don’t naturally go in tune!

It’s the same with us. We tend to go out of tune, and a room full of out of tune guitars sounds pretty terrible.

Imagine a whole world full of them! Actually isn’t that what we see on our TV news?

You don’t have to be evil to make a discordant world, you just need to be out of tune. Do you need a tune?

Paul Clark’s musings can be heard on radio across Australia and at atthetop.org.au.
