Our Mob

To help celebrate its bicentenary, Australia’s longest living organisation, Bible Society Australia, is launching a unique and glorious Indigenous art book. Seven years in the making, 'Our Mob, God's Story' celebrates the impact of the Christian Bible on Australia’s First Nations peoples, along with the Bible Society's 200 years in Australia. The glossy hardcover art book is an exclusive and powerful collection of more than 115 paintings by 67 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists from across Australia. Along with its stunning paintings, 'Our Mob, God's Story', also features each artist’s personal testimony of Christian faith, compiled by award winning Australian author Christobel Mattingley.
