The King James Version

The New International Version (NIV) Study Bible


The most popular English translation of the Bible in the world today and first published in 1978, this Zondervan edition includes explanatory footnotes, maps and other extra features.


Excerpt: In the sixth month, God sent an angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary.
